For over 30 years, C&S Services delivered critical industrial services across Hawai‘i, employing highly skilled welders, pipe fitters, and boiler technicians for both public and private sector clients.

In 2015, following a generational leadership transition, the company partnered with BLG to evolve its brand and culture—aiming to attract and retain a new wave of local talent in the skilled trades.

BLG helped reimagine the brand from the inside out, aligning internal pride with external positioning. We introduced a bold new logo and visual identity, clarified the company’s mission, and developed messaging that supported recruitment and reinforced its commitment to Hawai‘i’s workforce.

Before its closure, C&S Services stood as a proud example of a local business built on skill, integrity, and purpose—leaving behind a legacy of craftsmanship and community impact.
